Two days!!!!

Sooooo ready! All packed basically... Tonight I had my going away dinner with my uncle, aunt, cousin Katie, Olivia, Brother and mom and dad! We served my favorite! Burgers, tomato cheese pie, italian prepared potatoes, and APPLE CRISP! It was delicious and a great last family meal. At the end of dinner there was a gift on the table. I was excited of course so I opened it and it was my brothers video camera. I was extremely excited because I wanted my own to take but I'd rather save my money. Then as I am playing with it I look up and there is another gift! My mom and dad and brother bought me my own camera!

It was great. I was so excited. And I love it. So get ready for not only blogs but also vlogs!!! I have a few things left on my check list to do, and some random things to pack, but other than that- Let's go!!!

Olivia and I made a "happy" play list. It's basically amazing and I know listening to it will make me happy. It is hard saying bye to my loved ones, (Kal, Cell, Shelb, Katie, Olivia.. so far) but it's good to go and we will all skype and fb chat and be friends it will be perfect. 

Tomorrow Mom and I are running millions of errands. Making copies of passports, going to Target, picking up perscriptions, getting Euros... It will be fun. 

Tuesday morning I will leave Grand Rapids, Michigan and head south to Chicago, Illinois. My whole family took the day off of work and we are all meeting for breakfast in Chicago. It is then off to the airport to meet up with Tayler and Cara. My flight leaves at 6:05 PM on Tuesday, September 21st. I arrive in Rome at 10 AM Wednesday, September 22nd. Right away we go to Assisi for orientation until Sunday. I do not know if I will have internet access or if I take my phone but I will try to keep updated!!!
